Vancouver Playland 2012

It has been a while since I have visited Playland! Me and my friend Kay, went to visit our childhood again and visited Playland for a day. I can for sure say that it was worth it!

We arrived at the front gate of Playland around 12:00pm. There was so many people in the line up to pay for a pass and most of them were families too. We went on a Monday to avoid the families too, instead there was so many of them going...

The ride lines were not as busy as we thought, and as tradition, the wooden coaster is always first! Exploring the park again was amazing. It felt so nostalgic. Going back to one of the memorable places in the world is awesome. The memories that were made at Playland are awesome.

Me and Kay went on the music ride, and they were playing K-Pop, stuff like BIG BANG, SNSD, 2NE1 etc. It was so cool to see how multicultural Vancouver is now, and it was good to see that K-Pop has gone so popular that people would dance to it! We laughed so hard on the ride and we were just enjoying ourselves! We had too much fun!

We went on casual rides like The Corousel for a short period of time to take a lot of pictures! Being the typical Asian we are, and had tons of fun with our cameras :P I also met an amazing friend too! Check him out :D

One of my favourite rides, The Swings, me and Kay just checked out our phone instead of enjoying the ride. We were so conncted to our phone we didn't realize that the ride finished LOL. It was too funny!! But I got some awesome photos while we were on The Swings though!

To end off the day at Playland, we had to get Snowcones!! We had to finish our day with a nice cool treat! It was such a hot day, we should have brought our own water bottles. As usual, finishing a Snowcone, we both had coloured tongues! Always memorable and always good to go back to our childhood times! But, I know now I won't be going back to Playland until next year!!
